Right the First Time

Double Check plans to GPS points: Most plans are drawn up based on GPS coordinates, and as most in the industry have found, GPS does not always correlate to what’s on the ground. 
We have our 1st team (Job checker crew) that works directly with our Big Daddy GM (on the Onsite manager 3rd Generation concrete curbing with 30 years’ experience) to not only confirm the plans, but to bring up any issues that may have been overlooked. Our experience allows us to find issues before they become problems: Water flow issues - Fire lanes - Handicap ramps…
With our knowledge and experience,  we are confident our layout crew will make sure things are done right the first time.

  • Aggregate completion - layout points for curb placement
  • Aggregate elevations for Water flow (correct elevations)
